The Norwegian Seafood Extravaganza is the Annual Signature event co-hosted  by INBC, the Norwegian Embassy, Innovation Norway and Norway Seafood Council.

It has been 4 consecutive years that this Annual event was held. In December 2016, the event was aimed to enhance the business-to-business relationship while bringing Norwegian expertise to the Indonesian aquaculture.

More than 50 variety of salmon dishes has been served to the guests which was attended by approximately 420 guests from Official Local Government, Norwegian Government, and various corporations. Some executive Government Officials found in the event was, The State Owned Enterprises Minister Ibu Rini Soemarno, Minister of Health Ibu Nila Farid Moeloek, Minister of National Development Planning Bambang Brodjonegoro, Mayor of Tangerang Selatan Ibu Airin Rachmi Diany, Mayor of Makassar Bapak Dani Pomanto and many others.
